USE & TIPS

For a precise eyeliner application, start from the inner corner of the eye towards the outside.

Apply liner disturbia at the root of the lashline, either with the tip of the liner to get a fine and defined line.

Or apply by pressing the tip lightly on the lashline to get a bolder look.
