Returns and refunds
To exchange or return a product, please contact the Seller by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 055 761 6653 so that the Seller can assist you with the exchange procedure.
Below are the conditions:
1. Keep original receipt
2. Exchange can happen within 7 days of purchases
3. Refund can happen within 3 days of purchase
4. All items must be in their original conditions and packaging
5. In the interest of hygiene, any exchange or refund of unsealed cosmetics or used products cannot be accepted
6. The amount paid is refunded through the a bank transfer.
If the product purchased is part of a bundle offer, then the entire bundle (Accessories, FOCs, etc.) needs to be returned back with the product.
The original bill must be provided along with the returned product, in order to avail the refund or exchange.
Once the above conditions are satisfied and your items have been received by the Seller, they will be inspected, then approved. An email will be sent to confirm that the exchange has been approved.
If you have received a damaged product or wrong delivery, please call the Seller on 055 761 6653 or send us an email at email@example.com within three (3) calendar days so that the Seller can assist you with the exchange or return process.
Seller will cover all the shipping fees associated with the damaged or wrongly shipped items. If you want to exchange or return the products because you have changed your mind, shipping fees will apply.
In case of a return, it will be done through the Bank. Depending on your Bank, it may take an additional two (2) to ten (10) working days after crediting the amount for it to show in your account.
